From the South
Take Highway 85 North. Exit at Los Gatos Blvd./Bascom. Turn left when coming off of the exit. At the first stop light, turn left onto Samaritan Drive. Immediately turn right onto National Ave. Proceed for 1/4 mile. After the stop sign, our office is the third building on the right side. There is a large parking lot. We are located at 15251 National Ave., Suite 100.
From the North
